These Terms of Service govern your use of the PayRah mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
PayRah allows you to track and split expenses for group trips. The Service is provided "as is". We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You may need to create an account to use some features.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. Trip data and other users
Data you enter is shared with members of trips you join or create. You must ensure you have permission from others before inviting them or entering their details.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or bypass the Service's security controls.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through App Store or Google Play transactions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual property
All content and software provided by PayRah are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the application.
7. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the accuracy of currency conversions or split calculations. You should verify all balances before settling.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayRah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
